I LOVE making chocolates!! From left to right: Milk chocolate truffle, mint chocolate truffle, Ritz Twix, scotchy mellows (my favorite!) , peanut butter creams. I love the challenge of coming up with new flavors. The latest is a chocolate raspberry truffle. Mmmm!

They look so delicious
Delicious and beautiful!
Yum! I can't wait to try this recipe! ALSO, I was wondering if you have a mexican wedding cookie recipe?
Diana- I do have such a recipe. It is one of our favorites! I will be posting it sometime next week, but I'll share it with you now.
French Balls or Mexican Wedding Cookies
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1 cup ground walnuts
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolk and mix. Add other ingredients and
mix well. Knead slightly, form into one inch balls. Bake on ungreased cookie
sheet at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes. Take from oven and roll in powdered
sugar.
great! Thanks! I am in the process of making them and was wondering if the dough is suppose to be crumbly or if I did something wrong? Either way the dough is yummy!
The dough really is pretty dry. If it was too hard to roll into balls maybe add a little less flour next time.
