This cake was made for a little fashionista's birthday. She wanted lots of glitz and glamour. Everything from trendy zebra stripes to sassy shoes! At first I was overwhelmed at the daunting task, even more so when she informed me that she does not like buttercream frosting!! Yikes. . .
I used a non dairy pastry cream. She loved it! Whew!! The process of making the cake was more fun than I realized- I could get into this. The smile on her face when she saw it finished was priceless!
